IMPORTANT: The HW multi-choice questions have to be based on our reading assignments and different from those given in quizzes/midterms (if submitted after the test). For wrong question/answer there will be negative 5 points and for ambiguous or "badly written" question, negative 2 points (to discourage submitting bad questions and wasting everybody's time!). Last week of Lectures - This is a review week before our Final Exam which will be similar in format as our Midterm Exam using the Clickers to answer multiple-choice questions. Make sure you have spare battery and that your clicker is working.

(HW#15Ph 10 points Due on Th 12-01-11 our last lecture class): Check if your name is properly spelled or missing in our Class Photo (if you are at two photos: Left, Center, Right, check your number and name in both photos) and email to TA/Instructor your number and name in each photo or your name not in any photo, with Subject line: "Mee 101fa11 Photo name confirmation".

(Due on Th 12-01-11 our last lecture class): Review all grades recorded by TA before the last lecture. Copy/back-up all Web postings (including HW solutions) on your local drive in case of Web-server/network problems. Review everything and ALL your questions will be answered during our last Lecture meeting.

This is a review week before our final exam. Mandatory and comprehensive final exam, as per our Syllabus and per official NIU schedule  is on Tues. December 6, >>Noon-1:50 p.m. (check Official NIU Exam Schedule and report any discrepancy personally to me).
You have to have your ID proof during the exam.
 

As I advised all of you verbally before, you may check your grading record with TA and any concern has to be resolved before the classes are completed. • Send an email to Teaching Assistant - TA (see Office Hours and Info) and a copy to me (kostic@niu.edu) with the subject line (exactly but without quotes, you may cut-and-paste): " MEE 101fa11 Student E-mail Contact ," and a 80-120 word free-assay by introducing yourself and expressing your expectations and concerns about the subject after reviewing the syllabus (do not attach the assay as separate file but it must be within the email message - cut-and-paste if you use Word file for example). State how many words exactly is your free-assay at the beginning of it. This email has to be sent by the deadline (BUT after reading very carefully the syllabus and its relevant links-the first item above) so that I can get your email address (using your email account you like to get responses to it) to make up email group list for our class, and be able to send you future class information via email (most of info will be also posted on our HW web page - if you ever change your email account you have to report it to me).
  NOTE: If the exact format/rules for the email are not followed (no exception) a credit of 1 point will be issued instead of 5 points. You may also get an "Auto-Reply: Sorry that your email could not be processed due to one or more of the following: (1) the class keyword is missing or improper (should be without spaces, etc) in the Subject line, and/or (2) no sender's name at the massage-end, and/or (3) no copy to TA, as per our class rules stated during the lectures and posted on the Web."
